I will send you my location guide for Tennessee + beyond, as we can go anywhere for your engagement photographs. I always recommend going to a landscape that is familiar, so to have an environment you both will feel most comfortable and at home in. Most of my couples will opt to do two separate locations and I love every process in helping them decide on what feels most like them. I ask for their full trust to come to their session ready to be vulnerable and unapologetically true to themselves in order to evoke the most real imagery.
That feeling of just getting engaged to your one + only. Open to documenting any season of life you and your partner are in, as nothing lasts forever. Love is one of the most precious feelings we have to feel as humans, and it deserved to be celebrated + documented. My intent is to create imagery that you can feel and look back on to recall the connection you both shared during that season of life. Using my extensive background in landscape photography, I aim to blend my subjects into the landscape around them so when they look back on their photos they not only feel immersed in the emotion but the landscape as well. Love and landscape, to me, always go hand and hand.

Shot on 1970s vintage film cameras, 35mm film photos capture feeling that digital photo just can’t. The subtle grain, soft colors, and incredible dynamic range create images that feel both intimate and epic—capturing not just how your session looked, but how it felt.
This is the same film that our parents engagement sessions would have been captured on which is why I love including it in your session gallery! You cane expect a few film photos & polaroids with every session as they add to the storytelling experience!

To me, it's so important to have that this with you two so that you feel so comfortable with me and in front of my camera for your wedding! I do travel all over the states for the majority of my weddings every year, so if you should eventually want to book for your wedding after this session, I will honor our time spent together and take the value of the engagement session off any of those wedding packages for you!! :) I love getting the chance to photograph couples twice as it makes the storytelling on wedding day even more effortless & honest.

I'm based out of beautiful Nashville, Tennessee! However, I travel for over 60% of my weddings & elopements every year. I've shot weddings in 25 different states & 2 countries! I love to travel and am inspired by new landscapes constantly. Check out my travel schedule here!
My approach combines artistic landscape photography with storytelling wedding photography. I believe the most powerful images happen when couples feel truly present with each other and connected to the landscape & environment around them. My role is simply to provide you a space that you feel so comfortable to feel your connection & every happy moment you'll experience on your day – and thus document it as it unfolds.
I deliver roughly 75-100 photos per hour of shooting! For engagements 150-300, for weddings & elopements 500-2000 depending on length of coverage. I never cap what I deliver. If its a "good" photo, I want you to have it. :)

Because I love editing so much, it feels like painting to me, I have a quicker turnaround time than most! My clients receive a preview gallery within 24-48 hours (up to 72 if its a destination or travel wedding) and full gallery will be made available to you within 4-10 weeks! However, my average turnaround is 4 weeks.
