One of my favorite parts of Saint Elle is the built-in bar area, which gives off serious cocktail hour goals. It’s the perfect spot for fun, relaxed wedding portraits or a quick espresso martini toast with your people. Plus, the rooftop and outdoor areas offer sweeping views of the downtown Nashville skyline—perfect for sunset photos that feel iconic but still personal.

E&Z’s Wedding Day

I had the absolute honor of photographing E&Z’s day as an associate shooter for my dear friend, Kirsten Holliday Photography, and it was pure magic from start to finish.

Their style was fresh and vibrant, perfectly matched to the Saint Elle vibe. Colorful, whimsical florals brought the whole space to life, while espresso martinis in hand added the perfect splash of fun to their cocktail hour. We took photos by the Saint Elle bar—one of my favorite corners of the venue—and captured some gorgeous, relaxed portraits that felt as easy and joyful as the whole day did.

Later in the evening, we snuck away during golden hour for sunset photos. October in Nashville brings the kind of skies you dream about—soft pastels fading into a deep blue night. We captured sky photos and skyline portraits that overlooked downtown, with E&Z laughing and taking it all in.

Their day was the perfect reminder of why I love weddings like this so much. When you combine a beautiful setting, genuine joy, and a city like Nashville humming in the background, it creates the kind of wedding day you never want to end.
