Dayton Arcade Wedding | Yoon-Jae & Ayla

This winter wedding up in Ohio for Yoon-Jae & Ayla is an all time favorite of mine. I went to highschool with Yoon-Jae and we sat next to each other in our sophomore year chemistry class. I was ecstatic when he reached out about his and Ayla’s wedding day at the historic Dayton Arcade. It was so nostalgic being there as I used to go to the Dayton Arcade to practice photography when I was in high school back when it was totally abandoned. Now, it has been completely restored into a grand wedding venue. 

Their day was so sweet, we started with a private first look & vow reading on the third story of the Dayton Arcade. Then spent time with their family and bridal party within the sun drenched Rotunda. And after their ceremony they took their just married portraits with a piano and just outside in a courtyard. They ended the night with ice cream, board games, and a bubble exit through the outside subway entrance to the Arcade.

Dayton Arcade Wedding Photos

 The Dayton Arcade is an architectural wonder set in downtown Dayton, Ohio. There are two main locations within the center, the famous glass, three-story Rotunda and the modern Tank. The Rotunda is so beautiful and  The Dayton Arcade has timeless elegance making it an ideal setting for modern-day celebrations of love and commitment. We had originally planned to do photos outside but when a snowstorm and freezing temperatures rolled in, we found a glass greenhouse type of area to do all of their private bride & groom portraits in. Their Dayton Arcade wedding photos turned out so beautiful, especially with the icicles on the side of the building.
